Consideration and possible Conservancy authorization to disburse up to $700,000 to the Redwood Community Action Agency to implement the construction phase for a section of the Hammond Coastal Trail connecting the northern and southern segments of the trail between Letz Avenue and Murray Road in McKinleyville, County of Humboldt.

preparation of a master plan for the Coastal Trail in Big Sur,

$200,000 to the Center for Ecosystem Management and Restoration to prepare
conceptual designs and detailed cost estimates for at least four high priority
fish passage improvement projects on streams of the San Francisco Estuary as part of the San Francisco Estuary Fish Passage
Improvement Program.

Consideration and possible Conservancy authorization to accept $3,000,000 in funds from the State Water Resources Control Board and disburse up to $3,600,900 to the California Department of Parks and Recreation and up to $548,900 to the Resource Conservation District of the Santa Monica Mountains to implement the Malibu Lagoon Restoration and Enhancement Plan, City of Malibu, Los Angeles County.
16. Consideration and possible Conservancy authorization to disburse up to $590,000 to the City of Laguna Beach for acquisition of the 9.4 acre Haun Property adjacent to the Laguna Coast Wilderness Park in Orange County.

up to $50,000 to Bay Access, Incorporated to develop an outreach and
communications plan and initiate the development of an environmental education
and stewardship program in support of the San Francisco Bay Area Water
Trail.

disburse an amount not to exceed $100,000 to the Los Angeles Conservation Corps
to upgrade environmental marine and animal husbandry laboratory and education
facilities, relocate and expand Sea Lab’s native plant nursery, and to plan and
develop the Environmental
Careers Opportunities Program.

June 28 – Board Tour:
We will gather at the entrance gate to the Mill Creek property and caravan onto the site at 1:30 p.m. for a tour of proposed resource enhancement projects.
The Mill Creek property is located just south of Crescent City, and can be reached by turning east on Hamilton Road from Highway 101 and driving approximately 1/4 mile to the gate. Members of the public are welcome, but must provide their own transportation. The tour will conclude at 4:30 p.m.
