What is the relationship between the Bay Conservancy and the Coastal Conservancy?

The Bay Conservancy is a regional program of the Coastal Conservancy. It is staffed, managed, and governed by the Coastal Conservancy. The Bay Conservancy is sometimes referred to as the Bay Program.
